Established by Boga & Associates on its 25th anniversary, bogalaw journal publishes articles by students, young professionals and practitioners, providing opportunities for them to enhance professional legal skills and not only, and to contribute through their research work and writing.

Committed to serve to the young community, we welcome young lawyers in an inclusive online platform that builds on diverse experiences and talented people who demonstrate an affinity with our values.

Boga & Associates cooperates with the European Law Students Association Albania (ELSA Albania). The organization is run by and for students and recent graduates, who are interested in achieving academic and professional experience.

Most students writing takes form of essays, research papers, blogs, recent cases and recent legislation.

Bogalaw journal covers a variety of national and international issues and topics, seeking to publish innovative, original scholarship that makes a significant contribution to the fields of law, economics, taxation and accounting.

We welcome submissions on scholarly research and practical experience from students and professionals on a broad range of topics, which cover law, and economics.

Because we strive to publish outstanding and original work, submissions to bogalaw journal are subject to several levels of review by the editorial board.
