Law is critical in achieving the SDGs; robust and effective legal systems are key to the SDGs: they safeguard human rights, ensure equality and non-discrimination and promote access to justice. The development of effective legal systems is integral to the growth of developing economies.
Boga & Associates was part of the round table on the engagement of private sector in achieving the SDGs, organized by the International Chamber of Commerce in Albania in cooperation with the Embassy of the Netherlands in Albania and the UN Resident Coordinator, Mr. Brian J. Williams.
